Marc LeVine, President
For many years, Marc LeVine has been relying on his creativity, ingenuity and excellent networking abilities to source and recruit highly experienced job candidates for employers from coast to coast. In the late 80s and early-90s, Marc became highly sought after for the cutting-edge manner in which he embraced the Web and leveraged many of its evolving tools to develop new channels of recruitment for employers in numerous industries. Marc was among the first to embrace some of the earliest platforms (e.g. BBS’, Compuserve, AOL and Classmates) to network people seeking to hire or to seek work themselves. Several testimonials appearing on this website clearly attest to the extraordinary satisfaction he delivered to his clients. In every case, the satisfaction has been based on Marc’s ability to find people, to hire through networking on the Web and through personal interaction as a true “Trust Agent.” |
|
|
Marc's successful recruiting background uniquely qualifies him to extend his core skill set, which is largely based on social media marketing, to smaller and medium-size businesses trying to balance their keen interest in participating in social media with their lack of available time and abilities.
A nationally recognized keynote speaker, consultant and trainer, Marc is also highly media savvy and has appeared as an employment expert and elected official on several televised business and public affairs programs. He has also been a published author on a variety of topics, including marketing, and enjoyed success as a syndicated writer – "The Job Marketeer,” and “The Web Recruiter.”
Marc is deeply civic and community minded and has enjoyed being a municipal elected official over the past two decades. He has also been appointed by a former New Jersey Governor as Vice Chair of the NJ Employment Council. He founded and chaired a county-based Transportation Management Association that developed a hiring/transportation model for his region. He has also served on the board of the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resource Management, SHRM.
A graduate of Syracuse University (NY), Marc resides in Freehold Borough (NJ) with his wife Betsy, their two Dachshunds and Maine Coon cat. |

Lisa Schofield, Copywriter
Lisa Schofield has been involved in magazine editing and writing for 25 years. She launched her prolific career as a rock music journalist, interviewing and profiling popular musicians for major national and international publications before the age of 21, and learning how to master the art of the interview. This led to her first assistant editor position at age 20, learning the magazine editing and publishing cycle.
Editorial positions at several trade magazines taught Schofield how to work with information providers and encourage tight relationships between an industry community and its target audience, the readership. Her experience as Managing Editor for Vitamin Retailer and Nutrition Industry Executive simultaneously gave her a competitive edge as an editor and writer. |
|
|
Editing and leading two publications at once taught Schofield how to react quickly to developing stories of potential interest and to compose meaningful, insightful and compelling copy quickly and effectively.
Currently, Schofield is self-employed as a writer and editor. She contributes to numerous natural health industry trades, as well as to New Jersey lifestyle and business publications. She was the founding Editorial Director for a New Jersey home decor magazine, for which she single-handedly designed the editorial package. Schofield also composes marketing collateral for several companies in the natural health industry, as well as acting as a trade press relations liaison for these and other related companies. In 2007, Schofield was officially appointed by the Freehold Borough Mayor and Council as secretary for the municipality’s own Community Information Committee to publicize and promote the town throughout the state. In 2008, she was invited to join the marketing committee for the Freehold Center Partnership, the downtown development concern steering redevelopment of the downtown. |
